1.) Why should I purchase from MVP Loops versus the competition?
Answer: MVP Loops offers nothing but the best in sample sounds, loop libraries and music software. Our team are responsible for millions of records sold worldwide and have worked on some of the biggest projects of this generation. 2.) I've just purchased and I don't know where to go to download my product?
Answer: MVP Loops provides you with an account login section: username is your email address you entered at the time of purchase and the password is located in your MVP Loops Order email. Go to “my downloads” to find your products and ”my profile” to change your password.
3.) If I make a hit from one of the MVP Loops products do I have to pay royalties to MVP Loops?
Answer: Our products are royalty free, so as long as you add music production and or vocals you are free to use the product without paying us any royalties.
4.) I've purchased a lot of products from you guys and now my computer has crashed and I've lost all of my sounds. What do I do?
Answer: No problem, we offer a virtual backup system with your purchase. This means that all of your products are backed up on our dedicated servers online so that if your computer crashes you can simply email us and we will reactivate your product downloads.
5.) I’ve tried to make a purchase with MVP Loops but got an error message. I didn’t get the info to download my product and there seems to be money taken from my account. What is going on?
Answer: When you receive an error message it means that the information you entered at checkout does not match the information at the financial institution that issues your card. When errors occur there is an authorization hold placed on the funds by the bank. The financial system is very sensitive to make sure that someone is not trying to use your card without your authorization. All the information on file must match exactly. This is a protection for you the consumer.

6.) How long does the authorization hold last?
Answer: It usually takes up to 48 hours for the hold to be lifted. MVP Loops unfortunately has no control over this process. It is set by the banking system. If you would like the hold lifted the same day we can assist by sending a fax to the bank that issued your card letting them know that the transaction was declined. You must call the bank and get the info on releasing an authorization hold and then send us an email and we will take care of it. Include the last 4 digits of your card number, full name and address.
The most common reason for errors is incorrect address info. When you move make sure to use the address that is on file with your bank to avoid an authorization hold being placed on your funds.
7.) Why do I get re-directed to Big Fish Audio when I purchase a VIP Loops branded product?
Answer: The VIP Loops brand is owed by MVP Loops, but is exclusively distributed through Big Fish Audio. We have a great relationship with Big Fish Audio and collaborate greatly on the VIP Loops brand.
8.) How can I sell my loops, samples or software with MVP Loops?
Answer: MVP Loops is always looking for quality Providers. Simply send us an email to email@example.com and tell us what you would like to sell and a little about your company. We will have an Account Manager contact you to set up your vendor profile.
9.) What methods of payment do you take?
Answer: We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Pay Pal. You can also checkout using a debit card or prepaid credit card such as the Green Dot, Rush Card, Western Union, Pre Paid Visa, Pre Paid Mastercard, Pre Paid Amex, or a debit card with NO visa or mastercard logo, or International Debit Cards such as Maestro, or Chip & Pin cards. Just look for the section that prompts you for the card you are using. Additionally, we also accept checks and money orders sent along with order information to the address below:

10.) I’ve gotten a gift card as a present and want to purchase from MVP Loops. What do I do?
Answer: You can give us a call at (888) 545 7269 and we will run the transaction manually just like you would in a retail store. If you would like to purchase using your gift card as a credit card you must register the gift card online at the card issuers website. Use the checkout that prompts you for prepaid debit and credit cards on the MVP Loops website.

11.) How do I know buying with you is safe?
Answer: We use 256bit encryption on our site to ensure that your information is kept safe and secure. Additionally, feel free to give us a call and we will take your order over the phone.
12.) I've never purchased from you before. Do you have some free sounds I can try out to see if I like your products before purchasing?
Answer: Yes, we offer 750 MB of free sounds if you simply sign up for our free sounds newsletter on the homepage. We don't spam, and best of all you get to see the quality before you make a purchase.
